| ATMs |
| ATM's are located on the main concourse between Entries #1 and #2 and by
Entry #4. Depending on the events, there may be additional ATM's outside for use in the
Amphitheater and in the Sports Complex for track and equestrian events. |

| Elevator |
| The elevator is located near the Administrative hallway across from the
ATM. The elevator is not available for all events. Floor seating can be accessed without
using any stairs by using Entry #5. |
|
| Nursing benches / Diaper changing stations |
| Restrooms on both the North and South concourses have nursing benches and
diaper changing stations. |
|
| First Aid |
| Please contact our event staff if you or another patron require first
aid. EMT's are on site for the larger events and can be contacted by our event staff. |
|
| Event Staff |
| Our Event Staff are ready and eager to assist with any needs during an
event. Ask any event staff for assistance. |
|
| Lost and Found |
| The Idaho Center provides lost and found services for guests at the
Administrative Office located on the main concourse. Items that are placed in Lost and
Found can be claimed during regular business hours. Please call (208) 468-1000 for
assistance. |

| Meeting Facilities and Conference Areas |
| The Idaho Center offers meeting areas for small and large functions.
Catering is also available for meetings, parties and banquets. |
|
| Accessibility |
It is the full intent of the Idaho Center to meet or exceed the specific
standard requirements for people with disabilities. The Idaho Center continues to make
improvements to meet and exceed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards.
- Extra wide doors at all access points, including restrooms
- Ramp access specifically designed to meet ADA standards
- Restrooms properly equipped for people with disabilities
- Public telephones and drinking fountains meet ADA requirements
- Personnel that have been trained to assist people with disabilities
- Shuttles meet guests at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp and take them to the Main
Gate. Shuttles will also return patrons to the bottom of the pedestrian ramp after the
event is over
- The Idaho Center has a guest drop-off and pick-up area that is located at Entry #3
(southeast corner of the arena)
- Special parking is available at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp, outside the Sports
Center and in the south parking area outside of Entry #5
