How do I get to the Idaho Center?
  • Interstate I84 westbound from Boise - Take Exit 38 and continue right approximately one-half mile to the traffic light. Continue straight through the traffic light and drive one-quarter mile and turn right into the Idaho Center's parking lot.


  • Interstate I84 eastbound from Caldwell and Ontario Oregon - Take Exit 38 and turn left and drive approximately one-half mile to the traffic light. Continue straight through the traffic light and drive one-quarter mile and turn right into the Idaho Center's parking lot.


  • Franklin Road (Meridian) - Continue west on Franklin Road past Star Road approximately three quarters of a mile and turn right into the parking lot (entrance past the Service Entry). This parking lot has the most handicapped parking spaces.


  • State Street (Highway 44), Chinden Boulevard, and Cherry Lane - Continue west past Star Road for one mile and turn left onto Idaho Center Blvd. Continue south (three miles Highway 44, 2 miles Chinden Boulevard, and one-half mile from Cherry Lane.). After crossing the railroad tracks turn left at the second entrance into the main parking lot.
How can I buy tickets to Idaho Center events?

  • In Person - Tickets may be purchased at the Idaho Center Ticket Office located at 16114 Idaho Center Blvd.

My tickets are at Will-Call, where is that and when can I get them?
The Will-Call window is located at the Ticket Office by Entrance One. Tickets will usually be available 1 hour before the start of the performance. Photo ID is required to receive tickets.

Tickets can also be picked up at any of the Community Ticket Centers prior to the day of the event by presenting the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. The Community Ticket Centers are located at the following locations:

Does my child need a ticket if he/she will sit on my lap?
For most events, if the child is two years old, a ticket is required
What is the smoking policy at the Idaho Center?
No smoking is permitted inside the building. There are assigned exits where the patron may exit the building to smoke and then re-enter the building. There is an assigned area in the Outdoor Amphitheater where patrons may smoke.
Can I bring my camera and/or tape recorder?
Cameras and recording devices (including video) are forbidden unless prior written permission has been obtained from the artist.
Can I bring food/water into the Idaho Center?
The Idaho Center offers a complete line of concessions and beverages for purchase. No additional food or beverage may be brought into the Idaho Center. Drinking fountains are available.
Does the Idaho Center allow overnight parking?
With the exception of individuals participating in horse events or boarding horses at the Idaho Center Horse Park, the Idaho Center does not allow for overnight camping or parking in its parking lot or on its properties.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?
No refunds are given. If the patron has tickets for an event which has multiple performances, tickets may be exchanged for another performance depending on availability, providing the performance for original tickets has not occurred. The patron must pay any difference in the cost of the tickets. The tickets must be returned to the Idaho Center Ticket Office. A minimal per ticket exchange fee may be charged.
What time do the doors open?
Most performances have the doors opening one hour before the start of the performance.
What happens if it rains for an event in the Amphitheater?
All performances take place, rain or shine. There are no refunds, no exchanges or rain checks given to ticket holders due to rain.
Can I bring a lawn chair to sit on in the Amphitheater?
The only acceptable chairs allowed to be brought into the Amphitheater are the style which sit directly on the ground and do not have a frame.
