| Concessions at the Idaho Center |
The Idaho Center offers a wide variety of food and beverage choices. The main concession stand, located on the north concourse near entry #1, offers basic concession items such as hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels, candy, soft serve ice cream cones and sundaes and BBQ beef sandwiches. Just down the concourse, the Stampede Grill offers fan favorites such as cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, corn dogs, curly fries and mouth-watering onion rings. Next to the Stampede Grill, the World Marketplace offers Super Nachos as well as a wide variety of different specialties for each night. Items that are served out of the World Marketplace are Deli Sandwiches, Chicken Caesar Salad, Stir-Fry, Lasagna, Tortellini, Clam Chowder in Bread Bowls, Hot Wings, Tacos, Burritos, Fish and Chips and Brisket Sandwiches. A variety of beer and wine is available throughout the arena for those fans twenty-one or older. The official soft drink at the Idaho Center is Coca-Cola. We feature Dominos Pizza as well as cinnamon-coated almonds and pecans from Top Nuts of Idaho. Inside Entry #1 we also offer espresso and kettle corn.
Thomas Management, as the provider of food services at the Idaho Center, offers non-profit organizations a way to raise money by working in the concession stands. Reliable non-profit groups are needed to staff concession locations in exchange for a percentage of the net sales. Thomas Management and the Idaho Center have contributed over $196,000.00 during the past three years to local schools, churches and civic organizations. The amount of money each organization earns varies by event and number of volunteers required. Volunteers must be 19 years of age to serve alcohol. The Idaho Center has a full service kitchen and catering staff to service groups as small as 20 people or as large as 2000. We have a large variety of menu choices and will customize a menu to meet your needs.
